Who said life has to be so difficult? It doesn’t. There are better ways to cope with life’s distressful events and circumstances. I don’t believe in a cookie cutter therapeutic treatment plan that will work for everyone. All my clients have unique stories and therefore each one is treated with that in mind. I work with individuals and families and bring years of experience with the same goal in mind, to better the lives of the people I serve. I also bring patience, empathy, creativity, humor and reliability.
